The top of the coat of arms shield has a horizontal division.
In the upper part of the shield, on a gold background, there are three green water lily leaves, while in the lower part, on a green background, a gold frog is depicted.
The coat of arms symbolises Baloži's location in a marshy area and its formation from a peat factory workers' village.
