Karogu Veikals processes Customer data using modern technology, taking into account existing privacy risks and available organizational, financial and technical resources.
In order to ensure the quality and operative fulfillment of the obligations concluded with the Customer, Karogu Veikals may authorize its cooperation partners to perform certain activities of delivery of goods or provision of services, such as delivery of goods, leasing services, sending commercial messages and the like. In performing these tasks, Karogu Veikals partners process the Customer's personal data and are considered to be Karogu Veikals data processing operators (processors) and Karogu Veikals has the right to transfer to the partners the Customer's personal data necessary for these activities to the extent necessary to perform these activities.

Personal data is stored for as long as:

as long as the agreement concluded with the Customer is valid;
• as long as Karogu Veikals or the Customer can realize its legitimate interests in accordance with the procedures specified in external regulatory enactments;
• as long as there is a legal obligation to store data; consent to the relevant processing of personal data, unless there is another legal basis for the processing.

Access to personal data and other Customer rights

The customer has the right to receive the information specified in regulatory enactments in connection with the processing of his data. Most of the Customer's information is already posted on www.karoguveikals.lv, in the section "My data", where the Customer can verify the accuracy of his data, correct it and withdraw consent to receive commercial messages.
The customer has the right to request the termination of the processing of his personal data, to request information on the purposes for which his personal data is used, as well as to request the transfer of his personal data in a widely used format to himself or third parties. In order to avoid misuse of customer data and rights, the application may only be submitted in a form that allows the identification of the person submitting the application (the application must be digitally signed or submitted in person at Karogu Veikals). We reserve the right to respond to such requests within 30 days.
A request to terminate the processing of data shall be considered as an application for termination of the loyalty agreement.

Customer's consent to the processing of data and the right to withdraw it

The customer has the right to withdraw the consent to the processing at any time in the same way as it was given.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect data processing that took place while the Customer's consent was valid

Communication with the Client and commercial communications.
Karogu Veikals communicates with the Customer using the contact information provided by the Customer (telephone number, e-mail address).
Karogu Veikals communicates on the fulfillment of service contractual obligations on the basis of the concluded contract (for example, coordination of delivery times of goods, information on purchases and invoices, status of leasing application, etc.).
Communication about commercial announcements about Karogu Veikals is made by the Store in accordance with regulatory enactments or in accordance with the Customer's consent.
The customer can give consent to the processing of personal data, the legal basis of which is consent (for example, receipt of commercial communications, etc.), on the website www.karoguveikals.lv, in the section “My data”, by calling +37126124440 or in person Karogu Veikals Miera iela 105 , Riga.
The Customer's consent to receive commercial communications is valid until revoked (even after the termination of the Service Agreement). Customer may opt out of receiving further commercial communications at any time.
Karogu Veikals will stop sending commercial communications as soon as the Customer's request is processed, which may take up to three days.
