The coat of arms of Gulbene is one of the official symbols of the city of Gulbene. Approved on September 30, 1938.
The coat of arms shield features a floating silver swan on a black background, its name incorporated into the city's name. The idea for the swan image was borrowed from a bas-relief on the facade of the former Vecgulbene Manor tavern.
In 1967, a new city coat of arms was approved, featuring a swan against the background of the Latvian SSR flag.
In 1989, a decision was made to restore Gulbene's historical coat of arms with a silver swan on a black shield.
