The coat of arms of the city of Limbaži is one of the official symbols of the city of Limbaži. Approved on October 31, 1928.
The shield of the coat of arms is silver. It depicts a red brick wall with two domed towers and a dome between them. Below the central dome is an open gate, in which a golden lion's head is depicted below a raised portcullis. At the top of the shield, above the central dome, a golden cross and a golden bishop's crozier are crossed. The coat of arms of Limbaži is similar to the coat of arms of Riga, which indicates the city's historical affiliation with the Archbishopric of Riga.
