The coat of arms of Sigulda is one of the official symbols of the city of Sigulda. Approved on September 30, 1938.
The author of the coat of arms is unknown, but it is believed to be Rihards Zariņš's student, the talented graphic artist Kārlis Krauze.
The shield is divided diagonally into two parts – upper silver and lower green. Along the dividing line, objects are placed on both sides: three green leaves on the silver side, and three silver five-petaled bird cherry blossoms on the green side. The coat of arms symbolizes the natural beauty of the city of Sigulda.
