The coat of arms of Valka is one of the official symbols of the city of Valka.

The shield of the coat of arms is green, on the right side of the shield is a gray cloud from which a hand emerges, dressed in blue armor with gold fittings. The hand holds a sword with a gold hilt. The armored hand symbolizes the power of knights. The cloud is associated with the origin of the city's name, as cloud in German is Wolke. Between the sword and the hand is one gold five-pointed star, and in the lower part of the hand are two more such stars.
