The coat of arms of the city of Valmiera is one of the official symbols of the city of Valmiera. Approved on October 31, 1925.
The shield of the coat of arms is gold. In the lower part of the shield is a red bull's forehead, which is part of the coat of arms of the Uxkull-Gyllenband family. A green linden tree grows from the bull's head. On both sides of the linden tree hang shields in the colors of the national flag.
